Well I know Katy would ace this thing, but I'm going to go ahead and put forth my effort. I'm vague on a couple of things, but here it goes anyways:
(clockwise from top left corner)
1. I'm a little unsure, but I know Kelly and the gang are pulling a fast one on Zack in order to "teach him a lesson he won't forget". Kelly's pretending she has amnesia (due to an injury?) and she's introducing herself to Zack foor the first time.
2. A SBTB classic: Jesse and the girls shot a hot music video in very colorful leotards and got a chance to perform for a record label, but Jesse is also pounding herself with studying for some major test (midterms?, SATs?), so she gets all hopped up on caffeine pills, which are addictive. This scene is her Emmy moment, where she breaks down from the pressure, singing "I'm so excited!", but turns into "I'm so scared!". Zack comforts her by telling her a story from thier childhood where they were in a play together.
3. This is the episode, which features a tasty treat: Zack and Jesse fall in love for about a day, due to "over-practicing" a kiss they had to perform as Snow White and Prince Charming in a hip new version of the classic play/fairytale. Some of the revisions included the seven "dorks" instead of dwarfs. A clever rap is also featured in the performance, which is what is captured in this particular screenshot.
4. I'm drawing a blank on this one: Screech is posing as Zack for some reason, I'm sure because of some clever plan Zack has hatched up to get him out of trouble or get him something that he wants. There are balloons in the background, but I can't extract anything more from my brain.
